ustico Pian del Nasso is situated in a quiet valley 4 km from Piana Crixia, exactly on the border of Ligure and Piedmont, beside a regional park with streams and rolling hills up to 600 m high. A typical Italian environment surrounded by an unspoilt nature with peacefulness and lots of space guarantees a pleasant stay for nature lovers. In Piana Crixia (35 km inland from the Mediterranean) there are several restaurants, some general food stores, a butcher, a baker, post office and a pharmacy. Furthermore cultural cities, famous wine-growing regions, ski possibilities and - not to forget - the attractive Italian Riviera are easily reachable.

ur Rustico (cottage) is about 75 m from our home and looks into the valley. You have a lot of privacy. On the groundfloor you find a fully equiped kitchen with dinner corner and a bedroom (2 singles) . Via an external staircase you reach the first floor with a sitting room with TV and a second bedroom (1 double bed). The bathroom, only reachable from outside, has a shower, toilet, bidet (very Italian!) and a washbasin. The cottage has central heating. Garden chairs are available to sit outside and there is a little garden house for the children (during summer this could serve as an extra bedroom). Included in the rent is the use of the (heated) swimmingpool of 5x12 m with poolhouse. Pets are welcome after preliminary consultation. Our Rustico is also suitable for naturists.

We always rent out including bed linen, towels and tea towels, and the change is once a week (or per stay if less than a week)

    Reservations, payment, arrival
    1/3 deposit at booking, the remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

    If there is a cancellation  up to 6 weeks before arrival the deposit will be refunded.

    If cancellation after 6 weeks before arrival the deposit will be charged.

    The shortening of your stay during your stay is seen as a partial cancellation, the rental price includes the originally booked period.

    Arrival: from 15:00. Departure until 10.00 hours

    Use of swimming pool
    The pool is 1.40 meters deep and therefore not child friendly. There is no ongoing monitoring and guests are therefore responsible for themselves and their minors.
